Total in the UK publishes 2019 Gender Pay Gap Report
We are pleased to share our 2019 report which includes all our entities in the UK, regardless of whether they have 250 employees. At Total, we are doing our best to ensure that both women and men are treated equally, and to provide a diverse and inclusive place to work.
Whilst, some of the actions we are putting in place will take time, we strongly believe we are taking the right steps to reduce our gender pay gap. The growing support of our Diversity network TWICE and all the efforts we are making to inspire the next generation through education are examples of our commitment to improve our results.
