PUBLICATION NOTICE - PRODUCTION INCREASE

Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipelines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999 (as amended)

Elgin field, Increase in Production

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has been informed that TOTAL has applied for consent in relation to a proposed increase in production from the Elgin field/Elgin Platform located 224 km away from east of the Scottish coast, in the central North Sea block 22/30c (570 00' 44" N; 01° 50' 24" E). In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulations, this application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement, copies of which may be inspected between 10 am and 4 pm on business days at TOTAL E&P UK Ltd, TOTAL House, Tarland Road, Westhill AB32 6JZ until close of business on 21/05/2018. Copies of the Environmental Statement may also be obtained from TOTAL E&P UK Ltd, TOTAL House, Tarland Road, Westhill AB32 6JZ (subject to a discretionary charge of £2), or may be accessed on this page.

Interested parties have until the date specified above to make representations in relation to the submission to the Secretary of State. All representations should quote the Department's reference number (D/4210/2018) and may be made by letter or e-mail to:
